Our popular holiday whisky tasting returns for its seventh year! Come taste a selection of four whiskies, paired with delicious hearth-cooked nibbles by Chef Bill Irish of the catering firm, For the Love of Food and Drink. The menu includes the ever-popular Cullen skink (traditional Scottish smoked haddock chowder), and is designed to complement the whisky selections. Bill has a passion for historic re-enacting and has cooked at events at Colonial Williamsburg, Mount Vernon, and Monticello. The tasting takes place in historic Jefferds Tavern, with fireside tables and festive decorations.
