Creating Supportive Workplaces: Approaches to Child Care

On September 30th at the Harraseeket Inn United Ways of Maine are hosting a summit called: Creating Supportive Workplaces: Approaches to Child Care.  Our goal is to bring local CEOs, HR Executives, and policymakers together to get an updated understanding of the data around the child care crisis, and to explore innovative solutions local businesses are taking to support their employees. Simultaneously, the goal is to ensure local employers are equipped with the knowledge and tools to recruit and retain the talent they need to operate at the highest capacity.
